Gold is bubbling up, thanks largely to the Bling fad mentioned elsewhere on this site. Always a good long-term investment but many investors will not trade in it, usually for political reasons or because they realise most of it was obtained by the Nazis in nefarious ways.
A sound buy but remember this - all that Glitters, isn't necessarily a child molestor!
